Privacy Policy

Elxis LLC (“Elxis,” “I,” “me”) operates elxisway.com. This policy explains what information I collect through this site, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
Information you provide. If you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email me directly, I have your email and its contents.
Information collected automatically. This site is hosted on Framer, which records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is aggregate traffic information, not something I use to identify individual visitors.
How I use it
I use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a potential engagement, and to follow up about it. I use aggregate traffic data to understand which parts of the site are useful.
I do not send marketing email unless you separately ask to receive it.
What I don’t do
I do not sell your information. I do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. I do not use contact form submissions to build a list.
Who else touches it
Two categories of service provider handle data on my behalf:
Framer, which hosts this site and processes form submissions
My email provider, which delivers and stores our correspondence
Both are bound by their own terms and process this data only to provide their service. I may also disclose information if required by law or if necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Confidentiality of inquiries
Inquiries about a specific asset, transaction, or portfolio company are treated as confidential. I do not disclose the identity of prospective or current clients, or the substance of an inquiry, without permission. If a formal engagement follows, it is governed by a separate written agreement that supersedes this section.
Cookies
Framer uses cookies necessary for the site to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
How long I keep it
I retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business inquiries, and then for as long as required by applicable law or professional obligation. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Write to hello@elxisway.com to request a copy of what I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete it. I’ll respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; I’ll honor valid requests under those laws.
Children
This site is directed to business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
I may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
